Transfer of Property
We have extensive experience in dealing with transfer of property from more than one owner to the other owners, whether related parties or not.

Off The Plan/Unregistered Land

As with the property conveyancing, we provide you with a comprehensive service in the sale or purchase of a business including Franchises.

When purchasing a business or franchise (existing or new), we will check the contract thoroughly to ensure that you are fully protected, for example, restraint of trade, employee entitlements, business name and so on.

If you are selling a business or franchise, we will ensure that the contract is drafted in such a way that you are provided with full protection.

We have extensive experience in all aspects of commercial leases from drafting leases for landlords, acting for tenants, lease renewals, exercise of options.
